Poplar Climbing Brach - for Hermit Crabs

This is a birch tree trunk that will be siliconed at the base. This prevents moisture from being wicked from the substrate into the wood. This discourages mold, and makes it so you can place the wood on the substrate. 

This Birch branch is unique. This was harvested at our Salcha Alaska property, and it’s been throughly baked and dehydrated. The paper has been left intact for munching. 

Please note that all items are preservative-free and may naturally break down over time, which is normal.
