Please contact me if the site charges you additional shipping for this listing. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you'd like something specific done, instead of a package, you can select those services separately from the Hosptial Page. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHer hair will be washed with water and my favorite shampoo \/ conditioner for wigs. Her body and face protected, her wig remains on her body, and will be thoughly washed and dried.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI disassemble the doll, and assess the quality of stuffing. If the stuffing needs replaced, I will be using polyfil. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI remove all tension cups, by cutting the original elastic. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI clean the limb vinyl using rubbing alcohol and a magic eraser. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the face, I use water and a microfiber cloth to protect the paint, unless stronger tools are needed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf the doll has an ink mark, it will need to be removed over time. If I find such a mark, I will contact you and discuss if you'd like to address it, or get your doll back otherwise restored. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ink removal process is found in the \"Additional Treatments\" section of the hospital page. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI use 5mm elastic cord, and copper crimps.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI choose to use hot water and not a heat gun for this step, but no water touches the limbs. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI restring the doll ALMOST as tight as possible. If youd like more flexible, contact me.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI can, at this point, touch up paint.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will always ensure I have explicit permission to use any kind of coloring. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will detangle hair, using a wire bristled brush and metal pick.
