Sockeye Salmon eggs - fresh from the Chitina & Kenai rivers in Alaska! 

Dehdyrated at a high temperature for 4 days to ensure they’re both cooked and thoroughly dry.

The fishy smell from these is sure to bring out even the most picky of eaters! These eggs are full of oils and healthy omegas! 

Did you know most people just toss the eggs back into the water ? The eggs are typically eaten by the seagulls that are eagerly watching the filleting tables. 

These salmon were caught dip netting, with a license and a permit. We also have necessary fisherie business and processing licenses.

Store in a cool, dry place when not in use!
