When it comes to shipping within the US, you can expect your order to ship around 1-3 business days later. Pretty speedy, right? Unfortunately, international shipping isn't available just yet, but we are working on it!
Now, onto returns – we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, no worries! We've got you covered with our generous 30-day return policy. Just send it back, and we'll happily give you a refund. Just keep in mind, though, that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Once we get your item back, we'll process the refund faster than a hermit crab scuttling to a new shell!
Oh, and if you have a change of heart before your item ships, no problemo! We'll sort out a refund for you. Please be aware though, custom orders deposits are non-refundable, but we'll make sure you're happy with the outcome.
