This service is for the restoration of American Girl and other 18" dolls.
All work is done with care to preserve the doll’s character and original features whenever possible, unless requested otherwise. We will not make any changes to the doll without your approval.
#1 Spa Day
Best for dolls in overall good condition that need light care.
Includes:
• Surface cleaning
• Minor hair detangling and styling
• Basic inspection and touch ups
This optipn focuses on refreshing the doll; think of a makeover.
#2 Doctor Visit
Best for dolls with visible wear from regular play.
Includes:
• Deep cleaning of vinyl + cloth body
• Hair repair, dematting; re curling
• Limb tightening or restringing
• Minor seam or fabric repairs
• Outfit cleaning
#3 Full Restoration
Best for dolls with significant wear, damage, or long term storage issues.
Includes:
Deep cleaning of vinyl + cloth body
• Hair repair, dematting; re curling
• Limb tightening or restringing
• Seam or fabric repairs
• Limb Replacement
• Detailed final inspection & Shine Mark Removal
This option is for dolls who have been deeply loved and need careful, thoughtful restoration to remain themselves for years to come.

Important Notes
• This listing is for restoration services; the doll must be shipped to me after purchase
• Shipping cost is covered by you
• Some severe damage may require discussion before work begins
Shipping of any doll starts at $12 each way, for a minimum possible shipping total of $24.
I will send you a prepaid label that you can print and tape to your box, and drop off at a post office. The label will be insured appropriately, but we understand some items are priceless, and the loss of them through shipping would be devastating.
I am happy to say that we have never had any toy get lost in transit, and not make its way back home. We are fully confident your friend will be safe.
