This is a refundable deposit for a custom ceramic piece. We will discuss what you’re imagining, and see what we can come up with! Please be sure to leave your email when purchasing, so we can reach out to make plans !

The remainder of the cost for the item and shipping will depend on size and details. It’s due at the time of shipping. That means if you’re not happy with how it looks when it’s done, you don’t have to buy it!

Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of ceramics, slight variations in color and texture may occur. Every piece is unique. 

Usually, the deposit covers shipping. The remaining cost for the item and shipping depends on size and details and is due at the time of shipping. If you’re not happy with the finished product, you don’t have to buy it! However, once the building process starts, the deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose not to purchase. We will refund the deposit if we determine we can’t meet your needs.

If we cannot reach you, you will be refunded.
